Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any given time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
- Betboom reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents.
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another party.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- Betboom will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact betboom support immediately.
- Betboom recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Betboom users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technological tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from betboom.
- Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Sharing or reselling account access to a third party.
- Abusing any bonus, promotion, or incentive offered by the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Distributing offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any channel on the platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and betboom reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the betboom platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained through legitimate sources.
Betboom accepts a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX Internet Banking, and direct bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account registered in the same name as the betboom account. betboom reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts that exceed certain limits.
Limits and Processing Timeframes
Deposits are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method and internal verification process. betboom is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Betboom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including data loss, service interruption, or financial loss resulting from gaming outcomes.
The betboom platform is provided on an "as is" basis. betboom does not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Users accept all risks associated with using the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
Betboom reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any of these terms and conditions.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- The user provided false information during registration or verification.
- Accounts left inactive for an extended period with no activity.
- At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendment
Intellectual Property
All content on the betboom platform — including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, software, and interface design — is the property of betboom or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without express written consent from betboom.

The betboom platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. betboom does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access these links at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms
Betboom reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the betboom platform must first be addressed through negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
